Eleven other women submitted complaints against one or more of the Alexander brothers, the once high-flying trio, which are exposed to several sexual attacks in front of the civil and criminal court.
Tal Alexander and his brothers Oren Alexander and Alon Alexander, who are twins, are now exposed to at least 17 complaints from women who say that they have been sexually attacked by one or more of them and have been put under drugs in some cases. The latest complaints submitted in a bundle of New York on Tuesday include charges for assault in Miami, Manhattan and even Moscow.
The allegations of women are now part of a growing labyrinth of sexual attacks against the brothers who were arrested in Miami Beach for sexual sexual accusations in December. Currently detained in New York, they should go to court at the beginning of next year.
All three men have not guilty.
Jenny Wilson and Richard Klugh, lawyers from Oren Alexander, said in an e -mail declaration that their client had “never raped someone and had never put someone under drugs.”
“These late allegations should be seen for what they are-in the state law blocked money gripper. Oren will determine his innocence in this concerted attack, which is in any case powered by financial goals, ”she said.
Deanna Paul, a lawyer who represents Tal Alexander, said in an e -mail declaration that her customer is “a simple goal” for prosecutors who make the stories for financial profits. She found that a case had already been rejected by a federal judge because the limitation period had expired. “This transparent attempt at a grave of money will fail and we assume that these reckless complaints will be rejected in a similar way”, this is released. “ Ms. Paul said.
Alon Alexander's legal advisor did not immediately answer a request for a comment on the submission on Tuesday.
The lawsuits and criminal complaints shaked the luxury real estate industry, who once crowned Tal Alexander (38) and the 37 -year -old Oren Alexander as among the most famous real estate agents in the country. The boundaries between their work and their social life were often blurred because they described their lifestyle with jet setting in order to sell themselves as a broker. Next to them on the social circuit was the 37 -year -old Alon Alexander, who headed the family's security business and did not work in real estate.
Her legal problems began in autumn 2023 when two women complain against the twins. The real deal, a real estate trade publication, reported for the first time in June about these suits, and ores and valley quickly fell out of their place and became Parias.
A flood of additional accusations followed, and in the past six months there have been further complaints against the brothers. In the batch on Tuesday, valley Alexander and Oren Alexander are referred to as accused in four suits, while they were named in two others, the women claim that the brothers have called alternately. Alon Alexander is named in a different suit.
Some of the allegations come from 2010; Others are new. Two claims, one in Miami against Oren Alexander and one in Manhattan against Alon Alexander, are for attacks that women say that he was taking place in 2018. Another in Miami, against Tal Alexander, quotes an attack that a woman says that in October 2019 took place.
All except for one woman, Leah Peters, submitted like Jane. In seven of the eleven suits, women say that they would have received something to drink before they were attacked and believe that they were put under drugs.
Ms. Peters said she met Oren Alexander at a party in a luxury house in Miami in 2018 and he offered her to take a tour of the property. He led her to one of the bedrooms, then aggressively threw her on the bed and attacked her violently sexually, she says in her complaint.
In another complaint, one of the Jane says that she met Tal Alexander in November 2014 in a night club in the district of Manhattan in Soho. After two days of the SMS, he invited her to a date and asked her to meet him in his apartment for a drink before going to an event. Within minutes after arrival, the lawsuit said that he pushed her into the bedroom, removed her clothes and attacked them by force. Then he got up, pointed to a tuxedo near his bathroom and told the woman that she could “look” because he had to attend an event according to the lawsuit.
Another Jane Doe said in her complaint that she was drinking something in a bar with Oren Alexander and then felt disoriented and dizzy. Mr. Alexander then brought her to his apartment, where it was another man, and a girl who seemed to be about 15 years old. According to the lawsuit, the girl was at the top without, and the second man watched her. Mr. Alexander led the woman to his bedroom, where she said he attacked her.
All lawsuits are submitted in New York City under a two -year window, which will be closed on February 28th. It was created as an expansion of the New York gender-motivated law of violence that enables surviving gender violence such as violence, such as sexual assault to submit older claims that would otherwise have been thrown after the limitation period.
“These men were predators who roamed the street, brought women back to their apartments and treat them in the worst way,” said Andrew van Arsdale, the founder of the Ava Law Group from San Diego, who together with New York Curis right 11 represents women.
“The lives of these women have been changed forever because of their actions,” said Mr. Van Arsdale, “and according to the law they have the right to hold them into account.”
The AVA Law Group also represents more than 50 men and women who have submitted demands for sexual attacks against the hip-hop Mogul Sean Combs, which is charged with the federal swimming and sex trade. Together with Curis Law and Co-Counsel of the law firm Buzbee, 30 more represent them.
The Alexander brothers and Mr. Combs are all captured in the metropolitan detention center in Brooklyn.
