The growing community of Concord Park Place from Concord Adex is an almost two decades converted transformation of former industrial areas in the BayView Village in Toronto. The latest complex that rises in it is King's Landing, a trio of towers of 19, 27 and 31 floors for which the excavation began in 2021. The complex was anchored by a six -story podium.

In this image of March 2022, which is located to the west, the excavation is underway, with the southern end of the L-shaped pit through the construction fence. Orange Tarps line sections of the excavation walls, whereby fasten the wall into the earth. In the foreground, the crane for the 27-storey east tower, which was installed in November 2021, is surrounded by concrete seams. Furthermore, a crane is visible to the 31-story Southwest Tower and installed a few months later in December 2021. To the left is the last of the seasonal towers, a previous phase of Concord Park Place. It reached completion in 2024.

This May 2023 aerial photo in the northwest we see the west side of the L-shaped construction site. At this point, the basis of the southwest and east towers (the latter on the right in the photo) with concrete slabs, walls and columns that are visible below had reached the class level. The third crane, which was installed for the 19-story north tower in March 2022, is still located under the class. On the left is the green of the Etennonnhawahstiurks park with its community center of the same name and the entrance to the Bessarion Station on Sheppard Line 4 right next to it.

The three towers rose over the fully shaped podium until August 2024, with the institutional installation mostly completed at that time. From left to right in this view, which is located to the southwest, the towers are at 14, 17 and 13 floors.

With a view of the corner of Billies Heights and Esther Shiner Boulevard in November 2024, the 19-story tower is switched off on the left, with the mechanical penthouse visible. On the middle and right we see the residential floors that have fully shaped for the 27- and 31-story towers, whereby the mechanical penthouse is still to be formed. Companies can be seen on the outside, while the glazing has been installed more than halfway all three towers. The central entrance area is flanked by large openings of the shop front and prepares for future retail and lobby rooms.

This month, a close-up of the north and east pages under the highest tower underlines the details of cladding, balcony and glazing. The podium has a repeated pattern of white, black and bronze guards for the balconies. Black pounds and copper-tunes contrast with the gray spandrel panels. The thicker concrete slab on the podium denotes the edges of the roof terraces.

In this view, which is oriented towards the southeast, the residential floors of the north tower are now completely enclosed with glazing, except that the construction high is still present while its crane has disappeared and was dismantled at the beginning of the year. The cladding is still applied to the outdated southwest and east towers, supplemented by a vertical copper-tone band that occurs as a common design element on all three towers. Weather protection materials can be seen on sections of the podium before installing the white masonry in order to complete the outside area of the base.

The three towers increase heights of 71.01 m, 94.79 m and 107.89 m and will jointly accommodate 990 residential units.
