The singer-songwriter who is on tour says that the diagnosis has granted clarity about its life challenges.
R&B singer Chrisette Michele says that her life and challenges are finally useful after she has learned about her autism diagnosis.
The recording artist awarded by Grammy took a moment to share the news about her diagnosis with fans on Instagram during an appearance in Atlanta.
“I just learned that I was autistic,” she labeled a photo on which she put Stesside. “Official diagnosis. They used the word” difficult “. I was quiet here. But … I was outside. Sang. … but learn to remove the mask. A show each.”
“Autistic,” she wrote. “Would you get a load of it …” At the age of 42, Michele said that she was “under control with a lot” and “gives up space to record everything”.

While some Instagram users were connected to the singer by shared her own stories about autism, others criticized her announcement. During her 15-year career, Michele, according to her YouTube channel, dealt publicly with divorce, culture and stigmata, which are connected to ADHD and Bipolar type 2 in adults.

Michele has not given any further details about her “heavy” autism diagnosis, but told the fans that she would soon speak more.
