From northern Dundas Street we see Westerly 1 (right) and 2 (left) below. The cladding installation of Westerly 1 is on the top living level with a straight lattice made of white holiday panels and window wall with dark glazing up to approximately on the 17th floor. In contrast, Westerly 2 presents whitewashes and staggered projecting balconies in the distance. The construction habe remain attached to the west side of both towers.

Westerly 1, from the Cordova Avenue, shows its completed structural form with the reduction systems near the top of the tower. The straightforward podium levels dodge the corners rounded from above, where the steps are visible in the 4th and 12th floor. Casting and glazing are installed along the facade, except next to the lift. In the class, a green telescope handler is stationed behind the after -school care.

If this view looks north from Westerly 1, it emphasizes the closed south end of the podium. A layer of blue weather chops the edge of the podium roof, where a temporary fence encloses a future outdoor area area. The white Prepets include angled crimps that project from the surface in staggered intervals. At the corner, balconies are waiting for the completion of the installation of glass protection.

The multi-plane geometry is brought together by clean seams. Below, well -groomed white concrete columns support the overhang. At the top has the facade of the tower with white feet plates, which are arranged in staggered vertical ribbons and generate a wave -like articulation over the facade. Corner balconies with glass guards project outside at an angle on the corner, while smaller balconies repeat themselves evenly.
