July brought waves of heat and development activity into the Skyline and Transit network from Toronto, whereby 'Supertall' Towers climbed higher and Eginton Crosstown Line 5 approaches the opening. The Crosstown Line 5 West expansion tunnels achieved significant completion, while the height in different development stories was in the foreground, including newly unveiled plans for one of the most ambitious renovation suggestions in Toronto in College Park.

Our readers flocked to #11 for reporting on the rejections of the city council 2025, in which four top -class proposals, each over 30 floors, were refused to use zone. While the Council in the same month over 17,000 new units in the city in the north and east (in 29th place) and in the settlements (No. 47) in the same month, it was the story that was by far the greatest attention. The brand new 83 Isabella Street Database file made her debut in 15th place after taking the best news in July in July.
