Boiling side by side: Good Condos' Crane Down, No. 31 condominiums increase!

The Good Condos and No. 31 ownership apartments are located next to each other in the south of the Mill Street in the parliament in the Distillery District of Toronto and change this corner of the neighborhood with different architectural expressions. Good Condos designed by Architects – Aliance for Graywood Developments in the 33 Parliament Street, while the number 31 owner apartments (for its address in the 31 Parliament Street) are up to date on 46 floors. It was developed by Arquitectonica with Arcadis as an architect of Rekord and developed by Lanterra Developments and Westdale Properties.

Since urbantoronto recently provided an update over the couple in March 2025, the Crane from Good Condos (Rendering Overing) has dropped, while No. 31 (Renderering below) is now many floors above the earth and is applied to it.

When we look south of the Podium of the Goodevalswohns in June 2025, we will see the finished preliminaries in the class of the curve curve curve curve curve, in northern projects/restaurant pavilions, over which there is an outdoor outer terrace. On the right, the construction high on the east height of the tower. The tower and the podium are dressed in a mixture of hand injured bricks, black spandrel panels and window wall. Some concrete slab edges are waiting for the cladding, with some blue weather protection visits being displayed, which are covered after full cover.

In this view, which is oriented towards the northeast, the Goods owner apartments (left) are demolished on 33 floors, whereby the crane was removed by the Derrick on the Mechanical Penthouse after the dismantling. The glazing is largely complete, while sections with blue weather and insulation are exposed to the southern increase in the penthouse. Glass balcony is available up to the 30th floor.

On the right, no. 31 condominiums rises to 17 floors, whereby the formwork for the plate corresponds to the 18th floor. Glazing was installed between the seventh and tenth floor.

In the same month, the crews installed the first sections at No. 31 condominiums with prefabricated bricks, which were given under the north height of the podium from No. 31 in No. 31, with two vertical plates and the third in the picture below. The panels are set over a layer of external insolvency plate over the tip of the floor of the podium. The entry into the east height on the sixth floor can be seen at the top, with material stacks staged on the podium.

In July 2025, the west height of No. 31 shows the brick fabrics in the run -up to the podium, which frame the face of the podium, whereby the insulation along the second and sixth floor is visible in preparation for more disguise. The window wall glazing is as high as the 12th floor.

With a view to the southeast over the parliament in the direction of both buildings, the handmade brick of the Good Condos looks at a rich texture, while the glass balcony guards of the North Elevation are installed on the upper living floor. The white balcony ceilings of the tower contrast the darker window wall and the spandrel cladding. Right No. 31 The northern height of Condos also has a brick pattern cladding, with several bays open for the glazing installation. The tower has reached 18 floors, whereby there is formation for the 19th floor.

The Mechanical Penthouse of the Good Condos is northwest from Cherry Street on the edge of the harbor countries and is enclosed in black disguises along the southern and eastern increases, the derrick being removed. The exterior of the tower is largely complete. In the meantime, No. 31 condominiums reach 20 floors, whereby part of the 21st floor is formed at the eastern end and the window wall glazing is installed up to the 12th floor.

The Good Condos is 111.4 m with 557 residential units, while No. 31 Condos will increase to 153.63 m with 467 units.
