Robert McLister, mortgage specialist at MortgageLogic.news, talks to the Financial Post's Larysa Harapyn about how mortgage lenders are offering “extreme discounts” behind the scenes. McLister advises homebuyers to contact a mortgage specialist or mortgage broker to find interest rate deals that are not advertised on banks' websites. “Banks are extremely aggressive behind the scenes,” he says.
