Westbend Residences, as the name suggests, is now only a few steps from High Park as well as Keele and Dundas West -Ubahn stations over the degree in Torontos West Bend district. The hotel is located in the Bloor Street West 1660 and forms the 13-story medium-sized medium, which was designed by BDP Quadrangle for Mattamy Homes. The construction had reached a class by September 2024. In December 2024 to the northeast, the West Bend residences with three or four floors stood along Bloor. At the western end we see concrete shapes in places for the panel on the fifth floor, whereby the formwork is prepared at the eastern end to prepare for the plate on the fourth floor.

This month, a prefabricated reduction in the podium installation was underway. In this view of the Indian Road oriented to the west, the natural change in the location is obvious and strikes north. The future vehicle entrance to the garage can be seen in particular before the building gate, whereby the building is held above it. On the podium, the terrace takes shape on the fifth floor, whereby the formwork is looking out to develop the smaller tower gaps further.

The southern height of Bloor has recently made considerable progress, whereby the prefabricated panels are now installed in the first four levels, with the panels covering the parapet on the podium shortly and tracking the installation. The double input is noticeable on the southeastern corner. The formwork for the seventh floor plate is available on the top, as the building continues to rise.

The Westbend residences rise to a final height of 44.08 m and bring 174 living suites into the area.
