House of Assembly is about to complete, whereby the occupancy is planned at the beginning of this year. The 17-story housing in Graziani + Corazza for Marlin Spring Development is one of several buildings in the Sterling master plan sector. The building is located south of the Bloor Street in the Sterling Road 201 in the Sterling Road and is only a few minutes' walk from Bloor Go and Up Express Station and the Lansdowne underground station. Urbantoronto recently delivered an update in September 2024 when the building followed.

In this February 2025 view to the north, the massage and cladding of the southern survey below looks close as that of the render mentioned above, with the remarkable exception of most glass bales that still need to be installed.

The north and west heights show the prefabricated brick veneer panels, which are paired with window wall glazing in black pawnings and accentuated by metal -louvres. At the northeastern end, the buildings for the delivery of interior design materials remains. In the degree, a curtain wall system encloses future retail spaces.

The building is located next to the Barrie Go Rail Corridor, so that the east wall (from the Dora Avenue, below) is a 7.5 meter high crash wall (in raw concrete) and white holiday panels to the seventh floor for the sound in the seventh Stock contains damping in these suites. Rectangular openings are waiting for the installation of Louvres. The crew members work on a yellow flying stage on the 15th floor and hang on the maintenance unit above for buildings.

House of Assembly is 61.85 m and will accommodate 266 residential units.
