A few high-rise towers would bring Scaroborugh's woburn district considerable. Two towers were designed by Taes Architect Inc. for the Markham Lawrence Limited Partnership and rose in the southeastern corner of the Lawrence Avenue East and the Markham Road for 37 and 38 floors. The development would combine residential buildings with retail and medical office and would be highest in the immediate vicinity.

The location is a meeting of 3583 and 3585 Lawrence Avenue East. It currently contains a low ascent point that is located a mixture of medical offices, fast food restaurants and hairdressing salons with parking spaces. Several retail places and residential buildings with low and medium buildings are suitable for the property.

Weston Consulting submitted the city of Toronto to an application for a zone division for a 37-story west tower and a 38-story East Tower with a total of 740 residential units. The towers would rise from seven and eight-story podium days.

The entire gross base area is proposed with 68,604 m² with 65,977 m² for living space and 2,627 m² for non-living purposes for a floor surface index with a 9.68-fold loosening of the 7,086 m² location. The retail surfaces would take 918 m² on the ground floor of the west tower, from Lawrence and Markham, while a 1,712 m² medical center would span the first two floors of the East Tower.

The plans require 1,751 m² interiors and 1,223 m² exterior equipment, which were found within the podium, on the degree and on the panel reasons. Outdoor initiations would be made available in a common room between the two towers and on the roofs of each podium in a common room.
Each tower comprised four residential elevators or about one for 93 units each, which promise good service, whereby additional elevators connect the underground garage to the retail surfaces and medical offices. A two -story underground garage would contain 243 parking spaces for residents, 39 for visitors and 71 for non -resident uses. Bicycle parking spaces would include 504 long -term and 52 short -term positions.

In each direction there are TTC bus stops at the intersection of Markham/Lawrence directly in front of the doors, which are connected to the Kennedy Station on the Danorth line 2, 4.5 km southwest, and the Eginton Go station at the Lakeshore East Line, about 2.3 km southwest. The transit of the area will improve when the Scarborough Subway Extension (SSE) opens up, including a new station in Lawrence, which is about 1.7 km from the location.

There are considerable growth on the most important streets in the areas that surround the location. In the west, 3434 Lawrence Avenue East is proposed four towers from 10 to 23 floors, while further west of GreenCedar Commons on 11 floors is planned. In the south, the 6-story 525 Markham Road is under construction. Further south of the Eglinton Avenue East, larger suggestions Markham and Dunelm with four towers from 8 to 21 floors and the 23-story 3174 Eglinton East include. North of the location near Ellesmere Road, Me Living Condos is under construction with five towers of 14 to 34 floors, while both 1050 and 1125 Markham Road are proposed as a multi-tower projects for 37 floors. Nearby, 1151 Markham Road is planned on 44 floors.
