The menopause is a time when women, according to the Mayo clinic, have several changes on the body on average 51 and older due to a natural decline in hormones. When the body begins to produce fertile eggs, the symptoms from mild to extremely reach:
- Irregular periods.
- Vaginal dryness.
- Heat flashes.
- Night sweat.
- Sleep problems.
- Mixtures.
- Problems to find words and remember, often referred to as brain fog.
There are several ways to treat the symptoms of menopause, including hormone therapy and a change in diet. For this purpose, weight guards and the queen do their part to help women master their weight and menopause.
