US Border Patrol caught four people jumping from a moving freight train on the International Railroad Bridge in Buffalo.

Among those arrested was a woman, while the fourth person was identified as a man from the Dominican Republic. The men abandoned the injured woman as law enforcement approached, leading to a brief pursuit before they were arrested.

An investigation revealed that all four individuals were undocumented non-citizens.

The injured woman received first aid from Erie County sheriff's deputies and U.S. Customs and Border Protection officers. After treatment, she was transported to a nearby medical facility.

The three men are currently undergoing deportation proceedings and are being held at the Batavia Federal Detention Center. They face charges under sections 212 and 237 of the Immigration and Nationality Act. Meanwhile, the woman remains in the hospital awaiting additional medical attention.
