The unique mass and curved corners of 8 Ulm's lower levels begin to form above the stored basic levels of the heritage of the tower in Yonge and Elm south of the Gerrard Street in downtown Toronto. The 69-storey condominium designed in Arcadis from reserve properties and capital developments has a characteristic architectural expression, which includes freely supporting plates, copper-toned accents and an exceeding transition from the podium to the tower.

Urbantoronto's last update was in February 2025 when the building just rose over its three-story heir base. Seen from the Laneway north of the site in early April 2025 and I rays Cantilever on the sixth floor of the neighboring trading building on the left and supports a staging platform. The building has now reached nine floors at the top, and formwork was carried out for the tenth floor. The well -kept western height of the building is visible on the right and rises above the three -story podium, which is continued to the 15th floor. A close-up of the fourth floor in the south height shows the first installation of the cladding within the architectural knowledge about the cultural heritage base. From the west along the Elm Street this month, the construction on the 13th floor has reached, with the measure of the tower now starting its shift from the podium to the main tower form. The vertical formwork for the walls on the 13th floor is visible from the streets of Yonge and Elm, while the plate corner began for the 14th floor at the west end. The Yonge Street Frontage is finally restored with wall boards from the 348 and 352 Yonge since then, which is currently being restored outside of the location as part of the cultural heritage strategy monitored by GBCA architects.

As soon as it is finished, 8 Ulm climb 218.2 m and add 819 residential units to the garden district.
