The construction work continues to change the six points of Etobicoke, where eight tower cranes remain active in Kipling and Dundas. In the southern half of the site, the work on the Stella is proceeding, the official marketing name for a residential complex, which is able in the Dundas Street West 5207 26- and 30-story towers. The project was designed by Henriquez Partners Architects for Tricon Residential, Kilmer Group and Createto and is part of the initiative of the city of Toronto in the apartment in the city in the city and market -related rental apartments in a quarter connected by Transit. This wide view looks at the southwest of the Dundas Street West and captures the northern height, where the current progress of three steps to five floors when it moves south. The gentlemen and scaffolding is packed close along the Dundas Frontage. A concrete boom pump is stationed on the southeastern corner, where the initial holiday paneling panels are below. In the northeastern corner, high columns with reinforced concrete support the double ground floor.

In the northwestern corner we have a clear illustration of the level of vertical progress over the podium. The structure has reached its third stage on the left, whereby the above-mentioned deck and plate formwork is present. In the direction of the middle, the fourth floor is fully shaped, while reinforcement and formwork for the pillars and walls are assembled on the fifth floor. On the right, the podium has reached five floors, whereby the deck was laid for the plate on the sixth floor, where the 26-story tower will rise. Extensive regular systems line the height, while the graded massing articulates the future basis for the two high -rise buildings.

After completion, the Stella will introduce 725 rental units across towers, which reach heights of 85.3 m and 98.5 m.
