Exchange area is higher in the city center of Mississauga
The construction of Camrost-Felcorp's Exchange District Condos, designed by Arcadis, has reached another milestone in the city center of Mississauga, with two cranes over two of the towers recently removed and only one crane over the last and highest future tower in the four-tower complex. Urbantoronto recently delivered an update in May 2025, when the early phases of glazing brought a bright magenta into the skyline of Mississauga south of the Square One Shopping Centers. Now another crown is covered with colored glazing.

This view of the mixed congregation, which is still found in the southeast, records three cranes that are still over the complex, records back to June 2025. Exchange District consists of: the 60-story EX1 with a magenta crown in the east (back on the right); the 42-story EX2 (limited in yellow) in the north (back left); The completed 30-story EXS in the south (front law); And the one who is said to be the highest of the bunch, the rising EX3 in the west (front left), which finally has a blue crown over its 72 floors.

In July 2025, down to the northeast, EX1 is demolished with its Magenta panels, in which the mechanical penthouse of the tower is now defined. The picture captures the dismantling of EX1S crane, with a derrick on the roof staged in order to safely lower mast sections and swing components to the grade. The crane peak has already been removed, so the mast and the boom. At the bottom, the construction heater is still at the southwestern height and slows down the deterioration installation at the top of the stacked boxes of the building.

Until August 2025, EX2 behind the left, had a structurally poured out and began to maintain its yellow mechanical penthouse cladding, with the panels locking the lower part of the angled crown. Ex3 continues in front of him, supported by a red concrete boom pump left of his crane. On the right, the EXS stands over the podium with its prominent “exchange” alliance. This building consists of luxury rental suites and a two-story boutique hotel with 26 suite.

With a view to the northwest along the exchange, the new Bouding road west of the complex at the end of August 2025, the Podium Fronts will continue. With its closed residential floors, EXS rises at the top to left, while the construction train for EX1 remains active on the right. The podium is covered with changing black spandrel and visual glass panes, whereby the glazing glazing is installed for future retail units. Roads are advanced, with new paving stones. Temporary fences, scaffolding and material containers mark the remaining areas under construction.

To the southeast, below, at the end of August, Ex3 had risen in about the 28th floor, with its stacked box design, similar to EX1, taking shape over the five-story podium. The first core -vertical box has black cladding panels that are already installed over a large part of this height. In the degree, the podium has a curved, overhanging concrete slab, which are supported by columns that are wrapped in the weather fortress, while the staged formwork on the right shows the future path connection to the central green space of development.

In mid -September, Ex2 was excited until this month, while the dismantling of his crane, with the fool and the opposite jib, and only the mast for the final takedown had remained in place. The yellow glazing that the mechanical penthouse of the tower brings is now almost completely installed and frames the angled box over the residential soils. The striking facade of EX1 (visible with a splitter of its magenta crown) rises to the left.

As soon as the towers have been completed, the 232 m between the 96 m and the EX3 from EXS will be one of the highest buildings in Mississauga, which was recently exceeded by the 260.29 m-all-M3 substructure in M City.
