Toronto will open its doors again this spring, as the doors return in 2025 on the weekend of 24 and 25 corn and offer free access to over 150 locations in the city. With this year's Spielthema das we examined in our first doors for the first year 2025, the two-day celebration reflects on how Torontos spaces support creativity, physical activity and connection. Together with a huge building opening opener who supports this topic, 12 architectural companies will open their work areas as part of the Open Studio program of the Toronto Society of Architects for the public.
Here is a look at the companies that are grouped by the focus of their practice:
Great urban work and development
The 2019 dialonto studio's 2019 in a former television studio of the CBC building in John and Front Street has created an open, collaborative environment. The room will organize presentations throughout the day and offer visitors the opportunity to deal with the projects and the design process of the studio.

Architects alliance is from the historic Commodore building, a Art Deco structure designed by Benjamin Brown in 1929 in the heart of the King-Padina district. Visitors learn how A- A shaped this transformation through their work on market, rental and public housing projects throughout the city.

The DTAH studio in the fashion district was recently renovated with expansive prospects in the city center, including the award-winning redesign of the company in St. Andrew's Playground Park. The studio offers a look at how DTAH involves the public empire into its practice and work.

The new RAW Design studio in the 22 Geary Avenue converted a former one-story mechanics garage into a two-story, pickled workplace. Visitors have the opportunity to examine the company's focus on community -related architecture and innovative material use.

RDH Architects occupies a commercial row building from Heritage from 1879 in Queen Street West, which was reinterpreted as a modern design studio. The 4,000 foot² space has an open interior with 28 workstations, meeting areas and a collaboration bar. Visitors will also meet a two -stage atrium in front of the studio.

Gensler's office in Toronto is located in the 150 King Street West in the financial district. Visitors will watch the scenes of Pinterest's new interior, the facade for Holt Renfrew's flagship store and the upgrades of the BMO Field for the FIFA World Cup 2026.

Citizens' design, community and placemaking
Brook McIlroy is based in one of two newly built mass wood buildings in the Sterling Road, part of an emerging creative district near the Museum of Contemporary Art Toronto. The first tenant in this adaptive Reus office block examines their work indigenous location, the design of the public area and community-oriented planning.

The Toronto Studio from HOK on the 22nd floor of the 400 University Avenue offers panoramic views of the town hall, the Canadian Life Building and the dishes from Ontario. Visitors will learn how the studio environment supports the far -reaching work of HOK in architecture, interior and urban planning.

Boutique companies
Atelier AKB works from a former business of a mechanic from the 1980s, which was transformed into a light -flooded studio in a residential area in the west of the end. The purely white interior completed in 2024 has exposed ceiling binders and reappeared concrete floors. The renovation reflects the award -winning approach of the company for modest materials and contemplative design.

The People Design Co-OP is located on the second floor of a former bank building on the southwestern corner of Queen Street East and the Carlaw Avenue. The structure in the Art Deco style dates from the period from 1924 and is now a common creative space with other small companies. Visitors to the studio get an insight into the collaborative environment and the social -conscious design practice of the cooperative.

The studio of F4 Architects is located above the West Don River in Midtown Toronto with a view of the surrounding gorge and the tree tachino. The square was opened in 2022 and was designed for one of the largest companies guided in Canada from Canadian women who specialize in residential and mixed use projects that emphasize the dignity and inclusiveness of the affordability.

Revelhouse Architecture describes his practice as a “social architecture”, with the focus on creating immersive, story -driven rooms for customers such as cineplex and Mattel. Your studio shows projects from all over the world and emphasizes how user experiences can influence better public and commercial environments. Visitors learn how storytelling, attraction design and mixed use planning cross in their work.
