Four tower Notting Hill owner apartments that rise on Eginton near Royal York
Over two years after he had overthrew work on the route for the first time, the four towers from Notting Hill's owner apartments in the Skyline des Westmount neighborhood of Etobicoke along the north side of the Eglinton Avenue West have risen in the Royal York Road. It was designed by Arcadis for lanterra developments and has a couple of blocks bound with podium, with the western block 27- and 29-store store increasing, and the East-Block 21 and 27-store.

At the top, a current recording of the complex starts a look at the towers to the east from the end of September 2025, which with most of the now disguised floors rise together with a red brick base. In May 2025, however, the base looked back for a few months, which contained gray brick fabrics as cladding cladding with limestone colors for articulation with limestone colors. Glazing and balcony guidelines are available on several levels. In the degree, the front of the ground floor is partially installed behind the fences.

A drone view in June 2025 shows that all four towers occur at once, with the Eastern Bloc on the right climbing with its central East tower around 13 floors and the East Tower near 8 floors. Both towers of the western block show the cladding more than halfway in the facades with lighter toilets and masonry materials, while glazing for nine floors of the west tower on the lower left is visible.

From July 2025 drone view to the south, the podium podium of the EAST Block frames the towers with a U-shaped mass. The East Tower has now risen to about nine floors, while the central-east tower is located near sixteen and the active formwork is available at the top level. For the western block, the mechanical concrete penthouse of the 27-story tower is partially formed, with formwork on the roof of the highest tower.

The mechanical penthouse of the 29-story tower, which looks west at the beginning of this month, is now largely formed in naked concrete, while the formation on the adjacent 27-storey tower penthouse structure at the distant west end is continued. At the base of the western block, the red color can now be seen on the gray Fe incident, which dramatically changes the appearance and opposes the still dark, unobstructed brick sections of the East block podium. Both base have a fall defender on the fifth floor and switch to two connecting podium levels. Along the southern increases of the west towers, white panels are almost installed up to the upper movement, and only a few steps remain incomplete. On the right the towers of the Eastern Bloc increase their climb and are around 15 and 22 floors.

The renderings of the finished blocks below show the extent of the prefabricated sections that are colored and bring the color into the complex. The complex is on foot from the Royal York Eginton Station at the Eginton Line 5 West Extension, which is currently in construction and is opened around 2030.
