Hard hat tours and buyer incentives mark summer dynamics in Westbend Residences

The activity is increasing in Westbend Residences, Mattamy Homes '13–story condominium development in Bloor near High Park in the west end of Toronto. At the beginning of this month, the team organized an event on site that welcomed potential buyers in the building for hard hat tours, including suite beforehand and panoramic views from the 11th floor. The event also existed with a first presentation for buyers who are intended to help the participants navigate on the current market and at the same time to emphasize a new series of buyer incentives for the remaining inventory of Westbend.

In order to support first-time buyers and improve the affordability, Mattamy offers a limited incentive package for the remaining suites in Westbend. The program includes an deposit structure of 5% without final costs or temporary utilization fees, which significantly reduces the costs in advance. The buyers also receive a free parking space and a free locker, which increases another value in an area connected by Transit, in which such amenities often have a bonus.
