Kathie Lee Gifford Lists Connecticut Estate for $100 Million

Kathie Lee Gifford’s longtime home in Greenwich, Connecticut, a sprawling waterfront estate where she and her husband Frank Gifford raised their two children, is on the market for $100 million.

“It’s time,” Ms. Gifford said in an email about her decision to list the property recently. “Our lives have taken us elsewhere since Frank’s death.” Mr. Gifford, a Football Hall of Famer and sportscaster, died in 2015, and both Ms. Gifford and her daughter Cassidy now have homes in Tennessee.

The Giffords paid $7.8 million in 1994 for the gated, 2.9-acre estate known as Cedar Cliff. It was once part of the estate of railroad magnate Henry Francis Shoemaker at the turn of the century.

Cedar Cliff is in the Riverside neighborhood of Greenwich, about 40 miles north of midtown Manhattan, where Ms. Gifford commuted when she made “Live!” moderated. and “Today.” Located on a peninsula in Long Island Sound, the property features a 13,000-square-foot Mediterranean-style mansion with eight bedrooms, nine full bathrooms and five powder rooms. Outdoor perks include a pool, pool house, tennis court, and private beach and dock.

Ms. Gifford and Mr. Gifford completed extensive renovations in the early 2000s, adding a three-story east wing with a new master bedroom, home office, movie theater and wine cellar.

“We also added a professional recording studio where I continued my songwriting and broadcasting career,” she said in an email. “We added a prayer garden, a beach bar and a beautiful pavilion for outdoor entertaining.”

The real estate agent is Leslie McElwreath of Sotheby’s International Realty.

Retired baseball player Ken Griffey Jr. and his wife Melissa Griffey want $27 million for their lakefront estate in Windermere, Florida, a suburb of Orlando.

Their 11.5-acre Cypress Lake estate features a 22,100-square-foot Mediterranean-style mansion with seven bedrooms, eight full bathrooms and two powder rooms. This includes a spacious guest wing with two bedrooms, a living room and a separate entrance.

The property also features a 10-car garage equipped with two vehicle elevators and numerous amenities including a large pool with waterfalls, a water slide and a diving board. There is also a home theater, a golf simulator, several game rooms and a fitness center.

Mr. Griffey, a center fielder, played Major League Baseball for 22 years and spent most of his career with the Seattle Mariners and Cincinnati Reds. He was inducted into the National Baseball Hall of Fame in 2016.

Llin Lu of Sotheby’s International Realty is the listing agent.

Actress and model Cara Delevingne has relisted her Manhattan penthouse for $9.45 million, which is less than she paid for it about four years ago.

Ms. Delevingne paid $10.8 million in 2022 for the apartment, which sits on the top three floors of a co-op building in Gramercy Park. She bought it from “Tonight Show” host Jimmy Fallon and his wife Nancy Juvonen, making few changes and keeping the custom paneling, vintage fixtures and recycled floorboards.

The nearly 5,000-square-foot triplex has six bedrooms and five bathrooms. The master suite is located on the top floor and features a skylight, bar, sitting area, two dressing rooms and a fireplace, one of four in the house.

The apartment is being marketed by Carl Gambino of Gambino Group at Compass and Stefani Berkin of R New York.

With her permanent residence now in Park City, Utah, Olympic alpine skier Lindsey Vonn remains committed to selling her home in Beverly Hills, California. It recently lowered the asking price from $4.45 million to $4.25 million.

Ms. Vonn, still recovering from a leg injury suffered during the 2026 Winter Olympics, now lives on a 24-acre estate in Park City. She began building the facility after announcing her retirement in 2019, but returned to competitive skiing five years later.

She bought the California home in 2021 and paid $3.4 million. The gated home has three bedrooms and five bathrooms, as well as a private balcony off the master suite and a pool.

Bob Hurwitz of Hurwitz James Company is the stockbroker.

Actress Malin Akerman has listed her longtime Los Angeles home for $2.995 million as she reportedly heads to the East Coast with her husband, actor Jack Donnelly, and their son.

Located in the Los Feliz Oaks neighborhood of the Hollywood Hills, the home features a Spanish-style home with four bedrooms, two full bathrooms and two half baths, as well as a studio over the two-car garage. The house also has a spacious courtyard with a pool, outdoor kitchen and shower.

Ms. Akerman, who stars in the Netflix series “The Hunting Wives,” rented the home for three years before buying it for $895,000 in 2008, according to Elle Decor, which featured the 3,100-square-foot home and first reported the listing.

“I’m moving to the East Coast,” she told the publication. “It’s time for a new chapter.”

She said she enjoyed hosting “countless dance parties” at the house – complete with a disco ball. However, she takes that with her.

Lori Levine Harris of the Keller Williams Realtor/Brock & Lori Team is the agent.

If it sells for list price — or even close to it — a property in the exclusive Los Angeles community of Bel Air could become the most expensive home sale in the country. It is currently the most expensive offer.

Completed in 2018, the resort-like property is reportedly linked to an establishment linked to the Qatari royal family. It hit the market just a few weeks ago with an asking price of $400 million.

Michael Fahimian and Jack Harris of Beverly Hills Estates have the entry.

Nicknamed the “Crown Jewel of Los Angeles,” the property spans nearly eight acres of meticulously landscaped grounds with a Mediterranean-style mansion, a guest house and a tennis pavilion for a total of 70,000 square feet of living space. This includes 39 bedrooms, 50 bathrooms and nine powder rooms.

Equally numerous amenities include a home theater; steam room; three swimming pools; multiple water features; a tennis court; and ocean, canyon, and city views. There is even a room for manicures and pedicures.

The current record holder for the most expensive home sale remains New York, where hedge fund manager Kenneth Griffin bought a penthouse overlooking Central Park for $238 million in 2019.
