Marlow Buildings Colonel in Bloor and Dufferin
All three Marlow Towers are rounded off in Bloor & Dufferin, the Masterplanned Community in Bloor and Duffer Streets, who were divided between HazelView Investments and Fitzrovia Real Estate Inc. Total blocking of the entire block that the Oastern site had returned in November 2024. Duffer Street Frontage and his trio of buildings, all of which are called Marlow.

At the beginning of this month progress on the eight -story podium of Block C, which extends along the Bloor Street West. White weather protection strips wrap the structural pillars in the degree to prepare for the cladding of dark stone. At the top the brick veneer around the window wall units was installed in the third to fifth level, which interferes with the expression of the vertical laurel of the tower. The glazing glazing, framed with black spandrel panels, are partly installed on the three floors.

Block D looks west of the Duffer Street and has dark, prefabricated brick boards that frame the vertical bays up to the mechanical penthouse level. Most of the first 15 floors are enclosed with glass and spandrel glazing, although gaps remain on the 14th floor and in the southern end, where orange -colored tarps seal openings. In the following, the school structure in Kent is restored as a community center.

In the north, light fecast framing runs back in its last step in continuous horizontal ligaments to the 19th floor of Block E. Glazing and dark spandrel panels were installed to the 11th floor, with additional sections on the 12th floor over the second step backwards.

A recent drone -point of view northwestern shows Block E from Block E in the 19th or 14th floor. On the right, Block DS glazing blocks the dark brick facade, with the panels mainly installed up to the 21st floor, while the parts of the concrete of the mechanical penthouse of the mechanical penthouses of brown insulation and white weather protection are installed. The materials are staged on the roof of the Kent School, which will later become a new equipment deck. Block C shows the brick that rises in the 28th floor, with the glazing mainly installed up to the 21st floor in the south height and at the left end of the east height.

With a view to the southeast, the projecting podium for Block C has now been installed Curtainwall for a large part of its three best floors, whereby the eighth floor is waiting for more panels. The panels stretch up and form balcony glass guards for the future outdoor atomicity on the ninth floor, which are installed for the north and part of the western increases. In the meantime, the 34- and 37-story towers are approaching in 980 Duffer, while the mid-rise 1141 Bloor West has risen over the class, and the affordable place of residence in 1159 Bloor West is approaching the class.

After completion, the Marlow Towers deliver 889 rental units, which are 68.39 m to 113.41 m high.
