A local real estate agent in Ontario was recently released after a video in which he shouted at a neighbor at the weekend – which caused online demonstration.
The real estate agent Jeff Blackham, formerly by Keller Williams Realth, Inc., was caught on video that a person shout outside of the camera.
In the video, Blackham can be heard with a profane language and a slur that is used to disparage the lesbian community.
What happened?
The video was originally posted with the caption on Facebook: “Not cool. This is broker Jeff Blackham by Keller Williams.”
After the video became viral, the original poster of history added some clarity.

Supposedly the neighbor of the original poster drives into her entrance after work, just to be blocked by Blackman, who waves on the way.
After Blackman parked on the street, he supposedly came to her car and gave her “her finger” and told her “She couldn't stay there because he didn't want her in his video.”
He supposedly filmed an advertising video for a nearby property and the entrance of the person was in his admission, to which she exit and confronted him and then escalated to what can be seen on video.
Termination of Blackman
Shortly after the video was spread, Keller Williams Realty Inc. gave a statement in which the behavior and language did not “” the values, culture or professional standards for which we stand at Keller Williams Innovation “, but they made it clear that they were” led by “led by” led by “led by” ” [their] Guidelines and values. “
A day later, Keller Williams published another explanation to announce that after their “thorough evaluation” they ended their relationship with Blackman.
“Discriminating or hateful behavior has no place in our office, our industry or our community,” says the explanation.
“We are still obliged to promote an environment that reflects our values for inclusion, accountability and mutual respect.”
In a now deleted Google rating, Blackman made it clear that he had angry himself after he was “preserved 6 f bombs” and said something inappropriate. “Not how I feel and I apologize,” the answer says. “I shot a video and reacted out of the character and sincerely apologized for the decision.”
What the comments say
Redditors in the comments had a field day. “You can hear his career tanking if you listen closely,” says a comment.
“Wow, an incredible over a parking space,” says another comment. “I hope that [guy] Never sells a house again. “
Blogto turned to Keller Williams Realty Inc. without an answer, and Jeff Blackmans Social -Media profiles have now all been marked as “private” or have been deleted since then.
