Pinnacle Lakeside Towers Begin to Rise in Toronto's East Bayfront

Pinnacle Lakeside's first phase towers are now increasing steadily over the class in Torontos East Bayfront area, with their curved forms now adopt shape. The three-way development designed by Hariri Pontarini Architects for Pinnacle International in the southwestern corner of the Lake Shore Boulevard East and the Sherbourne Street will rise to 15, 44 and 54 floors and bring a mix of living and commercialists directly opposite Sherbourne Common.

The last update of urbantoronto was in April 2025. We start to catch up in this view to the east from June 2025 when the panel structure was well established in the class. The east crane and the western crane boom can be seen above the footprint. Concrete walls and columns rise on the eastern edge, while bundled reinforcing cages and formwork groups dominate the central and western parts. A characteristic circular concrete structure is visible against the south side of the location, which lies in the network of reinforcement and formwork. To the right of the center in the picture, earthworks and staging materials line the corridor of the new East -West -Straße finally to take shape along the southern edge of the building.

By mid-July 2025, two different building footprints can be seen that progress in tandem. Along the north side on the left, the 15-story building of Gardiner has reached four completed levels, whereby the plate is working on the fifth floor. The 44-story tower appears to the right in the middle ground, in which the walls of the perimeter walls are visible and fresh reinforcing cages and shell panels. Therefore, the 55-story tower is an L-shape with the Garidner building and is also only a floor above the ground.

In August 2025, this northwest view of Queens Queens quay East shows the 54-story tower its third level. Eight floors have completed on the 15-story building and staged the plate formwork for ninth place

This month, the 54-story tower in Pinnacle Lakeside has reached its third floor, whereby the plate formwork is available for the fourth level. From this closer point of view, the defining geometry of the building is visible in the angled circumferential pillars, which are wrapped in the protective white weather safety when they rise through the terrace. Temporary Schorie line the lower levels with still existing shapes.

A wider northeastern view shows that the development occurs through its full footprint. On the left side, the building oriented by Gardiner has risen around nine levels, with the plate formwork and the support post at every level and the tenth floor are half formed at the eastern end. On the right, the 54-story component continues to rise, with the early podium level being reinforced by dense support. Two cranes frame the location on both sides, while a blue concrete boom pump is between them. There is not much going on with the 44-story tower.

After completing the first phase, the first phase of 57.95 m to 174.86 m will be added and 1,261 condominiums will be added to the East Bayfront district.

Urbantoronto will continue to follow progress in these developments. In the meantime, however, you can find out more about you from our database files linked below.
