Almost a year has passed since August 2024, the last time the progress on the Spoke, on the west side of the Symington Avenue, north of the CP-Schienkorridor in the Carlton Village of Toronto, and has been updating the 8- and 23-story towers since then. The record architects developed and record architects developed by Tact Architecture with Graziani + Corazza Architects as architect of Rekord has almost been completed for both towers.

The 8-story mid-rise was in January 2025 to the southwest of the Symington Avenue and is picked up, while the adjacent 23-story high-rise has increased beyond the half. The prefabricated cladding with white brick material is used up to level five, paired with aluminum frame windows. The building terraces to the transition to scale to the neighboring low-rise houses.

This view to the southeast in May 2025 shows a 4-story section of the complex, which delimits the Perth Avenue, with alternating ligaments made of white springs and dark gray spandrel elements. The composition uses a grid -based pattern to distinguish vertical window shafts. Building fences includes the future landscape area on the right. At the top leads the cladding further into the 23-story tower and reaches level 21, while concrete continues for the mechanical penthouse.

This month we look south over the Kingsley Avenue along the alley to the tower. The four-story section is dressed in a similar way in the prefabricated cladding with a darker aluminum displacement treatment in the running bond brick pattern and a contrasting darker aluminum. The high -rise is almost completely disguised, with only the top living floor remains. The northeastern corner of the tower is predominantly glazed. A blue telescopic boom lift is located in the garage entrance.

Both volumes of spoke are completed almost outside from the Symington Avenue. After the cranes have disappeared, the middle ris is completely disguised, the insulation is visible on the top to the final cladding of the mechanical penthouse, while the mechanical penthouse of the high -rise is largely formed.

After completion, the Spoke delivers 398 rental units in two buildings with 32.6 m and 78.65 m.
