Top projects, builders, communities that were awarded at 2025 picture

The best builders, designers and developers of Greater Toronto Area gathered last night at Vaughan's universal event pace for the 45th annual picture of Awards Gala. With over 900 experts in the industry present, the architecture, community building, marketing, sales and customer care in the entire new home sector in the region. In addition, Howard Sokolowski, who was recognized for his decades of leadership and his influence on the design of the GTA living landscape, was recognized by the Lifetime Achievement Award.

Project of the annual center/high-rise: A Roxborough West

A Roxborough West has been designed by Reflect Architecture for North Drive Investments Inc. and will increase for 12 floors in the southwestern corner of the Yonge Street and the Roxborough West in Summerhill.
