Trump made numerous significant promises during his White House in 2024 and carried out some of them in his first 100 days in office through Executive Orders.

July officially marks the beginning of the financial year for most states and marks the implementation of new laws. In the majority-Red countries, these laws carry out the agenda of President Donald Trump.

Trump made numerous significant promises for the White House during his bid in 2024 and carried out some of them in office during his first 100 days by executive orders. These executive regulations are aimed at gender identity and forbid people to drive sports outside of their biological gender. Other executive regulations prohibit the diversity, justice and inclusion programs and initiatives and require the states to work with the federal authorities in order to enforce the immigration laws.

Here are some new laws that are to be forced nationwide from July 1st that drive Trump's agenda.

Laws that aim to gender identity

Indiana and Georgia have banned the participation of transgender women in women's sports. Georgia's draft law is named after Riley Gaines, a former swimmer and current conservative political activist who has shown himself against trans women in women's sports.

In the middle west, iowa deprives gender identity from its civil rights code. The legislator approved a measure that no longer listed as a protected class. Iowa is the first state to do this.

Parents of Ohio can remove their children from the teachings to “sexual concepts or gender -specific ideology”. The teachers must also inform the parents if their children ask to identify through a different gender than their biological sex.

The Gulf of Mexico is no longer

Florida has issued two laws that officially recognize the Gulf of Mexico as the Golf of America. The state authorities have to implement this change, and schools have to include them in educational material for K-12 students. Florida is the first state to recognize the water as “Golf America”.

Break through immigration and work with ice

Indiana issues a law that now obliges the district prisons to report people who probably believe that they are undocumented immigrants. The law obliges the prison staff to report the person to the federal authorities and agencies such as Immigration and Customs Authority (ICE).

Georgia and Utah have similar laws.

Rollbacks

Two states roll their diversity, equity and inclusion initiatives. Indiana prohibits the universities and state authorities. The law of Indiana prohibits employers and universities, jobs and student aid to offer, since feature -related features such as breed, sex and religion are based. The law also prohibits use of state funds for campus activities, promote social activism or work for social activism. ”

Mississippi prohibits Dei in schools. The new state law prohibits teaching in the classroom and in school offices that deal with split concepts.
