The location – in an area in which a lot of renovation has been seen in recent decades – combines three neighboring packages in Avenue 36, 38 and 40 Avondale. The surrounding context is a mixture of older simple houses and emerging high -rise buildings that are occupied by houses with low houses.

The proposed tower would increase 49 floors to a height of 160.15 m and contain 504 condominiums. It would have a total gross area of ​​30,223 m² and a floor surface index of 23.98 -compartment on the combined 1,260 m². Three levels of the underground car park are planned, in which 68 vehicle rooms (61 for residents and 7 for visitors) and 150 bicycle parking spaces are housed.

The area is about four minutes on foot from the Sheppard Yonge-U-Bahn station to the northwest on Yonge line 1 and Sheppard line 4. With a view to Sheppard Line 4 subway extension study, improved east-west connectivity could ultimately lead, further west in North York and further east to Scarborough.
