Junction SQ Condos Tops Off on Keele near Dundas

Junction SQ Condos, a five -story residential building in Boutique in the 410 Keele Street. The mid-rise project one block north of the Dundas Street in the neighborhood of Toronto indicates the industrial aesthetics of the area and brings a modern mixture of red and gray brick masonry.

As early as mid -August 2024, the excavation had reached its full depth in January. This view of street level shows active formwork, which is supported by vertical support posts. In the eastern and northern layers, the crazy installation is visible in the class, including sections of clear glazing in dark posts as well as black spandrel panels and metal -louvres. They are surrounded by white weather protection.

At the beginning of this month, the concrete work in the top living floor had progressed. Scales are visible in the center north of the crane. Along the east -height, the Parapet geometry shows a staggered saw tooth profile and defines a number of boxing planters as part of the landscape design. The glazing and cladding on the north will continue to progress below.

This yesterday's view, which looks northwest from the Keele Street, shows the concrete that was formed for the mechanical penthouse, which will be surrounded by roof terraces. The white weather safety is installed on the southern height to the fourth floor, with white and blue weatherproof along the angled east -height. In both increases, the metal frame is available before the deterioration systems. The scaffolding and sidewalks remain in the class.

Along the Keele Street and in the North Elevation, Red Brampton brick masonry is planned for the first four floors, with bright gray brick cladding equipped with the fifth -storey floor. At the southern height, a mixture of glass pandrel and light and red brick masonry would offer contrast. As soon as the building has been completed, the building is 16.84 m and contains 65 condominiums.
