Jordan put the house back on the market in the midst of his Oscar win.

Michael B. Jordan has been hoping for a new beginning since his Oscar win for “Sinners.”

The 2026 Best Actor Oscar winner has put his Los Angeles home back on the market. The property, which sits on half an acre in Encino, is currently listed for $10.49 million.

However, this price is lower than what the Hollywood darling originally paid for the 8-bedroom residence. According to the New York Post, Jordan purchased the property in 2022 and spent $12.51 million on the modern farmhouse-style abode.

Now, if he sells in this new market, he would incur a loss of about $2 million on the sale. However, given his new status in Oscar history, Jordan appears to have plans for a new home to display his trophy.

His current residence, however, isn’t too shabby. The three-story mansion spans 11,599 square feet and is surrounded by a gate that could deter fans from sneaking inside.

The home’s other premium features include a high-tech security system, an elevator, and a large chef’s kitchen. Upon entering through the 20-foot-long revolving door, guests can admire the home’s expansive, open floor plan with high ceilings and walls of glass.

However, amenities extend to other parts of the property, including a temperature-controlled wine cellar, infinity pool, gym, and guest house. Fans of Jordan’s work can also watch his acclaimed films, such as the 2025 horror hit, in the ground floor screening room.

While the home didn’t initially attract interest from buyers, Jordan is hoping a second round of the market will take the property away from him. Beyond his real estate venture, Jordan intends to maintain the momentum following the awards success of Sinners.”

The 39-year-old will next direct and star in a remake of the heist film The Thomas Crown Affair, which is set to hit theaters in 2027. His place in the industry doesn’t end there, however, as his marketing agency Obsidianworks regained full independence in March.

With many opportunities coming his way, fans of the Hollywood heartthrob can expect to see more of his art in the coming year.
