Northcore owner apartments that rise to Sheppard west of Yonge
The construction of the 18-story Northcore owner apartments in North York in Lansing has reached its last floors. The development of 425 units designed by Arcadis for Fieldgate Urban comprises a four -story town house block that is picked up along the BoGert Avenue on the southern part of the site. Urbantoronto recently delivered an update in March 2024, when the excavation had just started on the property, which was only steps west of the Sheppard Yongen station.

From this high angle view to the west along the Sheppard Avenue in February 2025, the construction activities can be seen in the crane, which is located in the surrounding residential areas with low resting iron. The two -story low point structure is usually formed when the project is created in the grade.

Until August 2025, Northcore Condos had reached 11 floors, with the formwork and deck being underway for the plate on the 12th floor on the 12th floor. In the northeastern corner, a concrete bucket is kept in the air by the crane directly above the wooden formwork. Along the Sheppard Avenue Frontage, a large part of the first floor with enlarged veneer panels is enclosed, while additional sections of the cladding progress over the second to fourth floor.

The city houses are caused from all BOGET Avenue, with three levels being formed and the posts of the freshly cast concrete slabs support, while temporary fences are prepared for the fourth level. The city houses will finally have prefabricated red brick cladding, black metal accents and terrace railings along the top floor. The main tower continues in the background, with the structural step back on the seventh floor on the west end with two pillars with projecting balcony plates.

This month, Northcore's Tower rose to 16 floors and has completed its 18 -story plus mechanical penthouse end height. Along the east and south facades, the brick veneer now extends to the fifth stage, whereby the parts of the sixth are installed on the south side, while the seventh floor introduces the upper tower expression of visual glass, black aluminum frame, spandrel plates and Louvres. A Bautheimer runs the southern height, while the crane is centrally stationed to operate both the high -rise and the town house block south. In the town houses, the crews have reached the fourth floor, which was created with patrols and outlined the terraces that are overlooked the BoGert Avenue.

At the foot of the tower, the Sheppard Avenue Frontage is now defined in a ongoing binding pattern over six floors by its brickening facade in order to create the presence of the tower's road. Openings between the brick pillars frame the future retail and housing inputs, while the adjacent vehicle PASSY remains in an exposed concrete, whereby the LAIBIT is waiting for the completion at the top.
