The area is located on the southeastern corner of the Eglinton Avenue East and Mount Pleasant Road and also has a certain facade along the Taunton Road to the east. The location is currently inhabited by a four-story commercial and office building and is located in the secondary plan of Yonge-Eginton, where the high-rise is concentrated along the transit corridors. At the same time, low houses in the south and east define areas.
The existing building has long served as a trading center with retail stores on the ground floor and office space in the upper store, which are part of the street landscape from the middle of the century. Tenants such as the Granite Brewery have contributed to the local character of the website. Although the facade, which is artificially lined by the structure, is not familiar with a familiar presence along Eginton.

The towers sat on a 2- to 3-story base building with a 542 m² pops (privately owned in possession of publicly accessible space), which anchored the northwest corner.

In addition to a transit higher order, several TTC surface routes serve as well as increased bicycle tracks along the Eglinton Avenue East and nearby connections to Kay Gardner Beltline Trail via the Broadway Avenue.
