xAI Cofounder Says He Learned 2 Major Lessons From Elon Musk

This week Igor Babuschkin announced that he is leaving the company from which he helped with Elon Musk to found his own company and to focus on AI security research.

Babuschkin published the news on X, which owned Xai, Elon Musk's artificial intelligence company.

“Today was my last day at Xai, the company where I started with Elon Musk in 2023,” he wrote. “I still remember the day I met Elon for the first time. We spoke about AI and the future for hours.”

Relatives: “My start -up roots started to pull myself.”

Babuschkin wrote that “through blood, sweat and tears” she “Frontier models sent faster than any company in history”, and during the process he earned two “priceless” lessons from musk.

1. Be fearless

“Be fearless to roll your sleeves up to personally go to technical problems,” he wrote. Babuschkin noticed that Musk personally worked with the team, flew to a data center and stayed all night until the problems were fixed.

2. Do you have a “male” feeling of urgency

“Xai performs at a ridiculous speed,” he wrote. “Industrial veterans told us that the construction of the Memphis Supercluster would be impossible in 120 days. But we believed that we could do the impossible.”
