Bijou on Bloor has now reached its mechanical penthouse level on the former location of the Humber cinema in the Bloor West Village in Toronto in Toronto, while the exterior cladding is steadily promoting. The 12-story mixed use of the apartment designed by BDP Quadrangle for Plaza and is only located in a sloping location from the Jane Station to the west.

Urbantoronto recently delivered an update in April 2025 when the project appeared above the class.
Bijou on Bloor's reinforced concrete frame in May 2025 to the northeast via Bloor Street West had reached six floors, with the formwork closed and grabbed for the seventh level along the southern height. Vertical reinforcement and recently cast columns mark the northern end, while the plate covering includes parts of the seventh and eighth floor. Concrete stock walls are located above the plate on the second floor.

The concrete frame looked south of RiverView Gardens in June 2025 and stood up nine floors and was out for the plate in the tenth floor. The insulation was installed along the second and third plate edges to prepare for the external cladding.

A close-up on the north side of the lower floor shows a newly installed window wall with dark brown aluminum frames, Louvres and light brown spandrel plates above and under the clear visual glass. Blue weather strips run along the base and head of the glazing. Here the upper ground floor lowers over the head, with red -brown brick climbing the height. The outdoor envelope takes the southeast this month and takes shape with a dark gray brick, which is now passed over the ground floor and is adopted by red -brown brick stone at the top that the western volume of the sixth floor. The U-shaped solid processes an equipment terrace on the second floor, with the west wing currently a few floors higher on nine floors and the east wing. The window wall glazing with black pounds is available on the second floor of the west volume.

The Bloor Street West and the South Kingsway are installed, the darns are installed with brick faces in the west height and most window openings are wrapped in the Southwest corner with the exception of a vertical strip. An additional cladding is available on the second floor of the south height, where vertical projecting fins rise into the eighth floor on the east side. A fin in the central bay of the southern front is partially compiled and shows an exposed insulation. The volumetric composition comes to a six -story mass at the southwestern end.

The eastern volume has reached its full 12-story height, whereby the terrace is available for the base plate of the mechanical penthouse. The design sheep is part of this highest section on the way up. The insulation is installed for the three vertical bays, framed in brick and separated by silver -gray metal panels that extend to the top of the tower. At the base, the primary accommodation, which is positioned on the right of the current masonry, is framed with angled Russet pearl metal panels.

Bijou on Bloor is 42.1 m high and house 186 condominiums.
