Rushden Station Tower D scaled on 40 floors alongside Danforth Go
Fitzrovia Real Estate Inc. has returned with a scaled vision for the last phase of his community in Dawes Road 6 Dawes Road in the Danfort Village in Toronto. The Rushden Station Tower D. was designed by BKL Architecture. The specially built rent is now on 40 Storeys, which are drawn from 57 shop windows to feedback from the city round and the concerns on the shadows of the cities from the city round of city core and the shadow of the cities, the latest stand.

The area from East Block is located south of the planned Dawes Road Extension, north of the Lakeshore East Rail Corridor from Metrolinx and southeast of the Danorth Avenue and Main Street. Measurement is currently empty and acts as a staging area for the construction of the first phase. The surrounding context reflects the transition of the neighborhood: traditional main street in Main Street and in the north and south with low residential dealers, with the high -rise buildings along the Danfort Avenue.

A 2022-Umwolk approved a 17-story 58.2 m tower. Fitzrovia then pushed a much larger concept in January 2025 and submitted a 57-story tower that used the name “main traffic area” of the location. Now it is expected that this change in the zone division will again improve the conditions for the growth of tire trees and expand the program options available in the future public park.

The revised proposal provides for a 40-story (141.55 m) rental living tower, which was reduced from 194.55 m. The new design delivers 33,247 m² gross base surface, of 39,318 m², but still more than 23,471 m² in 2022. A total of 452 specially built rentals are proposed, from 533 with 62 studios, 236 one-bedrooms, 108-two and 46 three and 46 three numbers, and 46, and 46, and 46 Three-line trains.

The GfA of the housing estate would make up 32,196 m², which has dropped of 39,318 m² and supplemented by 50 m² of commercial space on the northeastern corner of the podium. The resulting density results in a floor surface index of 23.95 times the cover of the 1,642 m² plot. The building would now be served by four lifts of five and at the same time an elevator per 113 units compared to one 107 units at the same time correspond to a ratio for high -speed engines for an appropriate service.

The Community services defined as part of Section 37 of 2022 are unchanged by this revival, including six affordable rental units and a contribution of 7 million US dollars to a new community recreation center. The agreement also secures public empires, in particular a 1,400 m² park along the railway corridor in the east and a 610 m² pop (privately owned publicly accessible space) between this building of the previous phases.
In the interior, there would now be 1,001 m² compared to 1,359 m². Outdoor initiations would measure 634 m² of 808 m². The one -story underground garage would provide 69 vehicle rooms, with 63 reserving for residents and six for visitors, of 59 before. Bicycle parking spaces were reduced from 587 to 508 stands, including 407 long -term, 91 short -term and 10 publicly accessible rooms.
